I have two positions that I manage to integrate into my personality. They are interdependent and compete with each other. One is an idealist, a dreamer, a humanist who believes in goodness and the development of the individual and society to increase the joy of life and the endless exploration of the mysteries of the universe. The other is a down-to-earth, strict pragmatist who stands with both feet firmly on the ground and always has reserves saved up for a rainy day. At different stages of life and in different situations, control shifts from one to the other. They are both right in their own way and are necessary for balance in life.
In addition to psychology, I have devoted a lot of time to studying the basics of Western philosophy, major religions, and world history. This is extremely useful for understanding myself, other people, life, and forming my own worldview.
Today, my work, my family, parenthood, travel, good books, music, delicious food, nature, and communicating with original people bring me the most satisfaction in life.
Over the past 10 years or so, I have successfully integrated such areas of psychotherapy as Gestalt therapy, relational psychoanalysis, existential psychotherapy, psychoanalytic theories of development and attachment into my professional identity. I look forward to meeting you and hope for fruitful cooperation!

Yes, a therapist keeps confidentiality. This is a part of the professional code. An exception to this rule can only be a criminal offense or a threat to the life and health of the client or third parties. In such a situation, the therapist should contact the police.
Also, when receiving supervision, a therapist can discuss the case they work on, but they do it in an anonymous form. It is impossible to identify a client through supervision. Supervision is provided by experienced colleagues in order to help a therapist in a particular situation.
I have psychological education (degree in psychology) and long-term training in gestalt therapy. I am both, psychologist and psychotherapist. I only do talk therapy and do not treat people in a medical sense.
Psychotherapist is a specialist who has either psychological or medical education, plus psychotherapeutic training in one of the schools of psychotherapy (gestalt therapy, psychoanalysis, CBT, body-oriented psychotherapy, etc.).
No, I do not do medical or pharmacological treatment. This is done by a psychiatrist.
I work with people from 18 years old.
There are some lines of work that I do not do. I don’t work with people who have as their main problem one of the following: chemical (alcohol, drug) dependency, gambling, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, organic brain damage. I don’t work with these problems because I lack certain personal qualities and professional competencies in those areas.
It’s best to text me in one of the messengers. You can also call, send an email or use the contact form at the bottom of the page.
It depends, most of all, on the request and the level of organization of your personality. Some people need short-term consultations, 1-10 sessions, while others need to dig deeper, and here we are talking about personality-oriented psychotherapy, which lasts longer. You can find out the details of your situation at the introductory session with me.
Online session is a video conference carried out via one of the following services: zoom, googlemeet, telegram or whatsapp. It’s best to be alone in the room during the session, so that you can feel calm and safe, not having to worry that somebody sees or hears you at the vulnerable moment. Sometimes people contact me from their car or by being somewhere in the open, like a park, where it is not crowded.
The time spent on technical issues is not considered time of the session and will be fully compensated.
